@VodafoneUK I and all the customers whose problems with the company have not been solved, we hope that the new leadership will change all the old company leaders in all countries of the world to people who work to solve customer problems and renew confidence in the company to prevent ilosses

@VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp You’ve set it up as a new connection, not a house move. So I have to make sure you’ve not put me on a new contract. You offered unlimited data in the meantime but only if I’m a phone customer of yours. I’m not. I’m with @O2 and their customer service puts you to shame.

@VodafoneUK no 4G/3G, no signal & been told the issue won’t be resolved till approx 15th December. Basically if I’m not at home using my Wi-Fi (provided by Sky) I can’t use my phone. So I’m not paying my bill until I’m provided the service I’m paying for.
