Certain upgrades provide Offline Cookie Production. A percentage of your CpS will remain active while the game is closed. After a certain amount of time, this percentage is reduced by 90%. The primary upgrades are the Angel and Demon Heavenly upgrades, which increase the percentage and the time for optimal cookie production. During offline cookie production, wrinklers are dormant and CpS is not withered.

Angel Heavenly Upgrades[]
The Angel heavenly upgrades increase the CpS percentage of offline CpS. The highest possible total offline CpS percentage is currently 91%.

Demon Heavenly Upgrades[]
The Demon heavenly upgrades increase the time of optimal offline production before it gets further reduced by 90%. The highest total duration of optimal offline production currently is 7 days and 8 hours.

Other Upgrades[]
In addition to the Angel and Demon upgrades, the ascension tree includes two heavenly upgrades which contribute to both factors. There are also a few normal upgrades which increase the CpS percentage of offline CpS.
