Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My sister recharged my Airtel India phone number with wrong amount paks twice, 1799 and 301 respectively. I would like a refund for both these recharges as I wish to use the 2999 pack instead. Please help me out. I have been a loyal customer.

@airtelindia don’t have Fibernet broadband connection setup anywhere and yet they’re advertising and marketing Fibernet I think. It’s been a week since I paid for Airtel black, no Fibernet has been installed yet. I read many tweets like this as well. Fail 👎🏼

I told him you are talking as if like a road side rowdy not like a customer care representative, behave . He hung up on me.
