Above the Bouncy Clouds, or Meringue Clouds-4, is the fourth level in the seventh world of New Super Luigi U, Meringue Clouds. It can be accessed upon completion of Vanishing Ghost House. Clearing the level gives access to Three-Headed Snake Block.

Layout[edit]

The level begins on a section of the ground with two ? Blocks above it, and is followed by a smaller part of the terrain. Three Bouncy Clouds are found above a pit, and a? Block containing a Yoshi's Egg is found above them. A Koopa Troopa is then found next to a Piranha Plant in a Warp Pipe. A Boomerang Brother follows, along with more Bouncy Clouds and another Piranha Plant. A group of three moving Bouncy Clouds is then found, with three Goombas bouncing on them. A Red Ring is then found, along with a Big Piranha Plant on a moving Warp Pipe. Some more Bouncy Clouds follow, along with a group of Goombas. A Boomerang Brother is then found on a row of Brick Blocks, one of which contains a 1-Up Mushroom. Another group of Goombas is found, along with a row of Bouncy Clouds and Koopa Troopas. One more Boomerang Brother appears before the Goal Pole.

Star Coins[edit]

  • Star Coin 1: Luigi can either use Yoshi's Flutter Kick or the Boomerang Brother's boomerang to obtain the first Star Coin below the first Boomerang Brother.
  • Star Coin 2: The second Star Coin is located between Warp Pipes. Luigi can either wall kick or use Yoshi's Flutter Kick to obtain it.
  • Star Coin 3: The third Star Coin is found circling the third Bouncy Cloud in the section before the Goal Pole.

Luigi sightings[edit]

  • By defeating the Big Piranha Plant, an 8-bit Luigi can be seen when the shifting Warp Pipe reaches its lowest point.

Where is the secret exit in Meringue Clouds? ›

As with other Ghost Houses, finding the last Star Coin will lead you right to the Secret Exit. After clearing the top floors of the house, go back to the middle floor, and use the trampoline on the far left to jump up and find a secret door. Go through the next area to find a path to the Secret Exit.

How do you unlock the thrilling spine coaster? ›

It is unlocked via secret exit in Grinding-Stone Tower, and its own completion opens the path to Screwtop Tower.
